Went for my first ever Jazz Festival, thanks to Breeze Magazine & everyone who voted for my picture, which I got the most 'Likes' on FB. So touched by the tremendous support I got from family & friend and even strangers! love! This what I wrote for the competition : "Honestly, the real reason I wanted to attend this event is that I have never been to any jazz festival before. Being someone who is always in love with anything to do with arts & entertainment. Surely music never fail to heal my soul. I have been given the chance to rock my socks out at heavy gigs & concerts before, it's about time I turned into something jazzy. I would love to dance the night away, mesmerizing while enjoying the sound of music playing our ears, your heart and mine. Was pretty nervous & excited at the same time. wow I just had my very first guitar lesson. fingering was a bit hard but I do hope I'll get used to it soon. Straight after class, few steps away & I finally stepped into RAM Studio. Chris P took me for a little tour around the studio. My first impression was? Cool place! The interior design was superb! And boy, I love the lighting! I haven't even about those equipments there. Nice. And, and, and ....I got really attached to the cozy sofa instantly! While waiting for the rest to come in, I almost fell asleep like seriously! But then, just when I had the chance to do so... Jade Sisters finally came in to do some rehearsal for their upcoming show in Ranau. Yus & the gang, Boly of Jon Paradise & Bring Back the Arcade came in after. Saw Lester Miol there as well. Soon the studio was packed with humans who share the same 'I sleep and eat music' kind of interest , as if they were having a party or something....

Since this year it falls on weekdays & coincidence as the same day as National Day, we Malaysians had longer weekends/holidays to attend open houses. One of the things I'm looking for each year & maybe the reason to balik kampung to visit my family & relatives there. This year, it was celebrated at my Muslim nenek 's place & woohoo, got my duit raya ! Food was delicious. Boy,how could I resist those favourite tom yum soup & kuah satay! Good food aside, it was always the happy faces of your loved ones & their lovely company that makes it complete and makes a great celebration. ^_^

Hearing about it every now & then on the radio... Hmmm..... We know that it's a feeling everyone must have, something we must never hide. There are those three words that sometimes we often put it aside Left it behind, it was forgotten...without realizing it... It does not matter how you say it, whatever language you spoke, But expressed it with sincerity, honesty & a big heart, Don't be shy, if you really mean it, say it out loud! Or maybe just a soft whisper to this pair of ears will do. Why not admit it if you really do right? :P Wo Ai Nie..... Aku Cinta Kamu.... I Love you..... Say it today, while you still can, able to breathe & see what this sight offer cause life's unpredictable, you might never know what tomorrow brings....
