More or less than 4 hours of sleep but I'm already pumped up the kicks for work. Laksa & tea for breakfast makes it even better. And little fbchat with Deon. I recalled the day I listened to this particular song. Seems magical which leads me to purposely specify it as a personal favourite in this post . And boy, I was more than thrilled that it was finally in the Hitz KK Borneo English Top 10 chart today thanks to Cheryl. *smiles* Best friend's birthday and the news of #PrayForAldaEvanTan latest condition making me appreciate & thankful on the blessings He has bestowed upon us.

Got it for almost 2 weeks ago & finally got it signed last Sunday! Thanks guys! loves! Sense the calmness within me as I listened & carefully trying to catch every words to the song lyrics. No, there was no written lyrics provided in this cd. Switched it on, I was humming. But after just 2-3 days, I found myself singing along already. If you want something inspiring and could lift you up, this could be it. I like it the way the songs goes, stories of life in general. And some how you feel kinda related to it in an instant. There are a total of 6 songs in this cd. If you been reading my blog, you probably know how much I love ' Dark Street ' , which I've blogged about the music video previously . Book of Sacred , one of the songs taken from Sabahan local band, Jon Paradise EP were playing during this photo was taken. Just in time. They were actually just practicing for the night. But boy, they do sound better 'live' and I must admit that I was singing to the songs they were jamming in the studio. Absolutely love it when you know every single songs lyric. Sounds of guitars strummed, beats of drum and lovely keyboard notes, there I was wondering, how can I ever get enough of this? I am attached. My eyes and ears to be exact. :D

I could dance the traditional Kadazan Dusun sumazau dance while hearing this song, I told one of them the other day. Lovely cover they did on this song. Stay true to who you are and where you came from, no matter where you land, in the end never forget your original roots are. Be proud being a Sabahan. I know I am one. Wanna sumazau with me...come, come :D

Was pretty nervous & excited at the same time. wow I just had my very first guitar lesson. fingering was a bit hard but I do hope I'll get used to it soon. Straight after class, few steps away & I finally stepped into RAM Studio. Chris P took me for a little tour around the studio. My first impression was? Cool place! The interior design was superb! And boy, I love the lighting! I haven't even about those equipments there. Nice. And, and, and ....I got really attached to the cozy sofa instantly! While waiting for the rest to come in, I almost fell asleep like seriously! But then, just when I had the chance to do so... Jade Sisters finally came in to do some rehearsal for their upcoming show in Ranau. Yus & the gang, Boly of Jon Paradise & Bring Back the Arcade came in after. Saw Lester Miol there as well. Soon the studio was packed with humans who share the same 'I sleep and eat music' kind of interest , as if they were having a party or something....

Young ones, teenagers with raging hormones, listen to this song, I want to get you out of the dark street, to the place where you could be safe. Where there's always torch of light to guide your path way. I found a song that inspires me. It's not easy to find something with a deep meaning, well at least for me, these days. Sometimes, we don't need complicated words to make a great song or lyrics. I think this song is simple. But it's special & soothing to my ears. And an awesome video direction in my eyes. A job well done to the director & all the band members,cast & everyone who are involved! I could feel something when it comes & written from the heart and I feel through this song.
